  • Groups are for individuals who want to take advantage of our Zoom Program but aren't with a team.  


Groups

  • These are one hour sessions.
  • Groups are for individuals whose teams aren't in a program but want to take advantage of our Zoom Program.
  • These programs are sport specific so we need a minimum of 6 athletes to run this but no more than 15.

  • > 8 Sessions = $12/athlete
  • All packages are paid up front - 8 or 16 sessions

 PROGRAMS BEGIN WEEK OF MARCH 4, 2018

 Park Program

  • Elementary school age
  • This 8 week program is designed to prepare you for the next level in regards to your lateral agility, first step and quickness.
  • This program is two hours per week.

​ JV Program

  • Middle school age
  • This 8 week program is designed to prepare those upcoming 6th & 7th graders for your spring football tryouts.
  • This program is two hours per week.

 Varsity Program

  • High school age
  • This 8 week program is designed to prepare you to put forth maximum effort in your spring jamboree.
  • This program is two hours per week.

 Package Pricing

 At time of sign up...​

  • <10 athletes - $240/athlete paid up front
  • >10 athletes - $192/athlete paid up front

 *10 is the minimum charged for Combine Training.

 **Pricing is based on number of athletes signed up and paid at first  training session.
